Payment Policy

The payment methods and currency available for your fannacloth order are shown at checkout. Review the merchandise subtotal, shipping charge, taxes and final total before submitting payment.

Payment information is handled through Shopify and the payment provider chosen at checkout. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords or one-time codes through email or the contact form.

If payment is declined, pending or appears duplicated, check for an order confirmation and contact us with your order number and a non-sensitive reference. A temporary authorization can remain visible while its status is resolved by the bank or provider.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Bank posting time may be additional to the Store refund processing time.
