Track Your Order

This page explains how to follow an order from confirmation through delivery and what to do when a tracking update needs attention.

1. Find your shipping confirmation

After an order is prepared and handed to the carrier, the shipping confirmation contains the available tracking link or tracking number. Open that link to view the carrier's latest scan history. An order confirmation shows that an order was received; a shipping confirmation indicates that tracking has been created.

2. Allow the first scan to appear

A newly created tracking number may not show movement immediately. The carrier may need time to collect the parcel, process it at the first facility, and publish the initial scan. Updates can also pause while a parcel travels between facilities, crosses a border, or waits for a local delivery scan.

3. Read the latest status

Status wording varies by carrier. In transit generally means the parcel is moving through the network. Out for delivery means it has entered the local delivery stage. Delivered means the carrier recorded completion at the destination or another approved location. If an order contains more than one parcel, each parcel may have its own tracking activity.

When to contact us

Use the Contact Us page if the tracking link does not work, the status has not changed for an unusual period, the carrier marks the parcel delivered but you cannot locate it, or the delivery information appears incorrect. Include your order number, the name used at checkout, and the latest tracking message so the Store can review the situation efficiently.

Address changes

If you notice an address issue, contact us as soon as possible. A change cannot be guaranteed after processing or carrier handoff, but an early message gives the best opportunity to review the available options.
