This policy applies to purchases from fannacloth at www.fannacloth.com (the Store).

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Store, including browsing, placing an order, and using customer service features. By using the Store, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from the Store.

Using the Store

You may use the Store only for lawful personal shopping purposes. You must not interfere with security, misuse automated systems, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or use Store content in a way that violates intellectual property or other rights.

Product information

The Store aims to present product descriptions, colors, dimensions, availability, and prices accurately. Screen settings, photography, lighting, production differences, and measurement methods can affect appearance. Minor variation does not necessarily mean that an item is defective. If material information is incorrect, the Store will apply an appropriate remedy under the published policies and applicable law.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance. The Store may review, decline, or cancel an order when payment is not authorized, inventory is unavailable, pricing or product information contains a material error, delivery is not possible, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected. If a cancelled order was charged, the appropriate amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Prices and payment

The total displayed at checkout includes the product price and the charges shown for that transaction. Currency conversion or fees imposed separately by a bank, payment provider, carrier, or local authority are outside the Store's control. Payment options available for the transaction appear during secure checkout. The Payment Policy provides further detail.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Processing, delivery estimates, tracking, and destination charges are described in the Shipping Policy. Return eligibility and refund handling are described in the Return and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

Accounts and information

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping login information secure and for activity carried out through the account. Information submitted to the Store must be accurate and current. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Intellectual property

The Store's original design, text, graphics, product presentation, and other protected materials may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without permission, except where applicable law allows.

Third-party services and links

The Store may rely on Shopify, payment providers, carriers, analytics services, or links to third-party sites. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. The Store is not responsible for third-party content or services outside its reasonable control.

Availability and liability

The Store may be updated, suspended, or interrupted for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the Store is not responsible for indirect loss caused by events outside its reasonable control.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the Store, services, or legal requirements change. The version displayed on this page applies from publication. Changes do not remove rights that have already arisen under applicable law.
